Litigation Attorney – Technology, Cyber, and AI Law
*3 Year MINIMUM of Litigation Experience a MUST*

*Preferably located in NY*
90 Day Probationary Period
Cyber Law Firm is seeking a skilled and seasoned litigation attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, experienced, and knowledgable litigator who values flexibility, remote work, and high-impact cases at the cutting edge of technology law, personal injury, and products liability cases.
Past experience with harassment, personal injury, consumer protection, privacy, and tort law is ideal.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed in the US, ideally in New York (additional bar admissions in PA, VT, NJ, CT, and other states are a plus)
Located in New York preferably NYC area (high preference!)
Minimum 3+ years of litigation/trial experience (trial-ready)
Past of individual independent case and client handling from Pre-litigation, to trial completion with no oversight
Strong interest in technology law, cybercrime, victims’ rights, copyright, AI, bitcoin law, or emerging tech litigation
Experience teaching or mentoring other litigators is highly valued
Organizational skills
Highly Communicative and Consistent with Clients
Trauma-Informed capable of working with Victims
Technological skills and knowledge is a plus
Empathy, and ability to work with victims of traumatic experience
Past experience with high-profile cases, or working with media encouraged
Past experience with lobbying also encouraged

Operations-Related Job Opportunities:
Paralegal (Contract → Full-Time Potential)
Remote | U.S.-Based Required
We are a fast-growing technology & cyber law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis, with strong potential for full-time conversion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-style legal environment, is highly organized, familiar with law, tech-forward, and comfortable handling client-facing work in sensitive matters.Availability
- Generally available to take calls Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (ET)
- (We value responsiveness during business hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake calls and case evaluations with prospective clients
- Manage and update leads through Clio Grow from phone and email
- Follow up with prospective clients daily, Schedule consultations and coordinate calendars
- Handle client-facing communications with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with victims’ rights matters, including torts, cyber harassment, online abuse, fraud, and privacy-related cases
- Track deadlines, filings, and case milestones with precision
- Prepare, file, and organize legal documents (experience filing is a plus)
- Create SOPs, Templates, and Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed in a growing firm
Required Experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a startup-style legal environment
- Interest or baseline knowledge in cybercrime, online harassment, privacy, or technology law is a strong plus

Intake Coordinator:
We are looking for an empathetic, driven Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to assess the suitability of cases for our firm. But, it is important to note that this position requires someone who is both sensitive, and strong-willed. So the Intake Coordinator will follow up on leads, manage new client communications, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all new inquiries. But you must be willing to hear, and manage, traumatic experiences and stories from clients. It is vital that victims, businesses, and any potential client are heard, understood, validated, and taken through the intake process with kindness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new client inquiries and determine potential case fit.
- Manage and pursue leads diligently.
- Coordinate initial client communications and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high level of client service and engagement.

Legal Assistant:
Join our team as a Legal Assistant and support our attorneys in delivering outstanding legal services. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong legal research and writing, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and document management.
- Handle correspondence and legal document drafting.
