1. Social Media Manager
We are seeking a proactive leader who can take charge of our social media and advertising efforts, allowing our legal team to focus on law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution for all social media channels: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Must be familiar with Tiktok and Instagram algorithms and virality.
- Plan out and schedule content, engage with posts and audience.
- Manage advertising efforts, create content strategies, and grow our social media presence.
- Assign content tasks to team members, set deadlines, follow up, and ensure timely delivery.
- Build a cohesive and visually appealing feed while maintaining a consistent voice and tone.
- Schedule posts, monitor performance, and engage with followers before and after posting.
- Ensure that important upcoming events have content created for it and are advertised properly.
- Give and manage assignments also to the video content creator, and graphic design and feed planners to make sure all of the feeds are cohesive.
- Strategize for holidays, and big events and ensure the rest of the team is providing content for posting around those times.
- Must put work into actually growing accounts and monitoring engagement and growth.
- Obtaining partner approval of content and captions.
- 💡 It’s a bonus if the Social Media Manager can also assist with video creation and image planning.
2. Video Content Creator
- Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring content is cross-posted across all platforms.
- Ideally aware of Tiktok and Youtube shorts algorithms and trends.
- Take long form content of interviews, podcasts, etc of individuals at the firm and repurpose it into short form content.
- Provide video content to the social media manager to post on the socials.
- Stay on top of TikTok trends and trending sounds as they emerge, and work with social media team to push timely video trends to be filmed edited and posted.
- Be aware of and able to research and know from similar accounts and competitors.
- Organize staff participation in trends, send out examples with deadlines, and follow up for timely completion.
- Edit videos, add captions, and manage uploads while engaging with the audience.
- Bonus of interest in personal content creation as well.
- Willing to follow direction, stay organized etc.
- Awareness of Hooks, Calls to action, and ways to maintain viewership.
3. Graphic Design & Feed Planner
- Design visual content using Canva or Photoshop (educational posts, event promotions, and holiday graphics).
- Create and contribute to a cohesive aesthetic visual feed and work with the social media team to plan content in advance.
- Request visual content from the legal team, interns, and staff weekly to add to content collection. Request further information if needed for caption creation.
- Create relevant captions for planned and scheduled visual posts to engage the audience, seek engagement etc.
- Awareness of hooks, calls to action etc to increase engagement.
- Incorporate holidays, firm events, and speaking engagements into the social media schedule.
- Be aware of and able to research and know from similar accounts and competitors.
- Occasional interactive story posts to seek information from our audience on what content to post more or less of etc.
4. Web Design Intern (WordPress & Wix Focus)
- Extensive experience in both WordPress and Wix is required.
- Build and update web pages (media pages, team pages, weekly media updates).
- Optimize content for SEO (Yoast SEO experience preferred).
- Ensure the website is visually appealing, functional, and optimized for search engines.
5. Writing, Blog and Tweeting Intern
Ideal for students interested in writing, media, SEO, and content growth. Responsibilities include:
- Repurposing recorded content into blog posts.
- Rewriting or creating SEO-optimized blog, linkedin, and twitter posts with strong calls to action.
- Understanding blog post structure, algorithms, and growth on LinkedIn and Twitter.

ABOUT THE JOB
Cyber Law Firm is seeking Legal Interns to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for law students, and undergraduate students to gain hands-on experience in the cutting-edge field of technology and cyber law. Our firm handles high-profile and transformative cases involving cyber harassment, cyberstalking, doxing, deepfakes, image-based sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, hacking, artificial intelligence, cybersquatting, online fraud, bitcoin disputes, and more. You will work closely with experienced attorneys who have managed transformative and high-profile cases in technology, privacy, and cyber law, learning from a team known for its supportive and flexible environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Reporting to the firm’s partners, the Legal Interns will assist with a variety of tasks, including:
- Conducting legal and open-source research for ongoing cases
- Reviewing evidence for cases and summarizing findings
- Drafting and editing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, demand letters, cease and desist letters, advocacy and preservation letters.
- Participating in law firm social media campaigns, contributing content and ideas, drafting blog posts, filming tiktoks, posting Instagram posts and following trends.
- Assisting with intake by interviewing clients and assessing viability of cases.
