Statement On Fraudulent “Law Firm” Websites:

Attorney Kashman represents Alan Dershowitz (“Mr. Dershowitz”) in connection with unauthorized impersonation attempts and fraudulent activities involving the misuse of his name. Under the guise of offering “legal services”, these scams seek to mislead and defraud by falsely claiming an affiliation with Mr. Dershowitz. We are actively pursuing appropriate legal action against those responsible.

If you, or someone you know, receives contact from individuals unlawfully exploiting Mr. Dershowitz’s name in the manner described herein, please capture evidence, and report the incident to local law enforcement. 

In the event that you have been victimized by the fake law firm scam described herein, please report it to your local law enforcement, as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
